I am pleased to offer a guided foundational 4-week program for those individuals looking to jump-start their journey to optimal health & wellness while receiving unlimited coaching & support. Over the 4 weeks, I provide a variety of resources, as well as frequent accountability check-ins. Through the guided program, I become your partner in health and your #1 cheerleader. For those individuals not needing the extra support, I offer a self-guided version of the program that can be completed online.

Join me on a guided 4-week wellness program ideal for jump- starting your journey to optimal health. This program covers key nutrition concepts ideal for building a solid foundation for long-lasting wellness. It also pays specific attention to addressing minor nutrient imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms you may be experiencing.

The program includes:

  • 2-60 minute nutrition consultations (in-person or online)
  • weekly educational emails with tips & actionable steps
  • personalized wellness plan with diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations
  • customized 14 day meal plan with recipes & meal prep tips
  • ongoing email coaching & support for the full 4 weeks
